Grant clarification for ArcFM Web licensees

This post relates to licensees of Schneider Electric's ArcFM Web and ArcFM Web XI products (https://myarcfm.schneider-electric.com/s/arcfm-web), both which use VertiGIS technology. There have been some questions raised by customers about the grant of an upgrade license, which this post aims to address and provide clarity. 

Existing ArcFM Web 4.x customers do not automatically get license grants to ArcFM Web XI products (ArcFM Web XI includes VertiGIS Studio Printing, VertiGIS Studio Workflow, and VertiGIS Studio Reporting). For clarity, customers who have perpetual license for ArcFM Web, are not entitled to a subscription to ArcFM Web XI.

This applies to customers who have purchased standalone licenses of ArcFM Web. When moving from a perpetual license grant (ArcFM Web) to a subscription license grant (ArcFM Web XI), new licensing is required for the customer, and a new annual subscription fee is applied.   

VertiGIS supports provision of time-limited evaluation licenses of ArcFM Web XI, to help facilitate the evaluation of and transition to the new software. Contact your Schneider Electric account manager for more information and to request this evaluation license grant.
