Is it possible to lock a Page Info control so that it cannot be changed by the user?

Is it possible to lock a Page Info control so that it cannot be changed by the user? In our case, we would like to include the user name on the print layout. However, the user name that appears on the print layout can be changed by the user in Studio Web before printing. We would like to prevent this.

The “Creator” field should be invisible or unchangeable for our users. 

To automatically insert the user name into the print layout, we use a Page Info Control in VertiGIS Studio Printing.
