Implement code completion for commands and operations

The web designer already shows code completion while entering commands, both for command names and command parameters.
It would be very useful to have this in the workflow designer as well, for the Run Command and Run Operation activities.
The suggestions would of course need to match the deployment type, i.e. mobile, web, etc
Update:
- Some other activities could benefit from code completion as well, for instance the Out Statistics in the Query activity, I always have to lookup the exact syntax.

The names of the commands/operations will be the easiest part. The parameters are bit harder and outputs would be the most complicated. We're also working on how this data is shared between the products so it may get easier when that is addressed.

Even just the names (and maybe a link to the documentation) would already be a big win
