Use first name and last name instead of user name in Studio Print output

At the moment VertiGIS Studio Printing is using the Portal User name for output. Because we use unique IDs like V278888 or U568123 as user names, these are not suitable for printing. It would be important to enable the use of first and last names here.

First and last name is stored in Portal for ArcGIS and can be used by VertiGIS Studio Printing.

We already work with this names with WebOffice and VertiGIS Printing
