Notification: These layers are not managed by ArcGIS Enterprise

Hello,

I checked Production Sharing Permissions and saw this strange notification. All these layers are published services on our ArcGIS portal, owned by admin and shared with everyone. I did not find any differences in their settings in comparison to all other layers.

What could be the problem?
