Basemap Series set a default basemap

Is there a way to set a default basemap in a basemap series?  For example, I have aerials dating back to 1999 that I put in a basemap series to be used in a basemap slider.  I set up the slider to go from earliest on the left to most recent on the right.   The slider defaults to the earliest year on the left, I would like it to default to the latest year on the right.  Is there a way to do this? I am on version 5.31.0 of VertiGIS Studio Web.
