How to format a workflow in new VertiGIS Studio website hwne before it was "Run Workflow by URL and Inputs" ctivity

In our old Geocortex Essentials site, we had workflow that used a hyperlink to run the workflow on a layer (it was configured in the Feature Description so that it popped up in the map tips) 

Layers were identified in the Feature Description so that the workflow could use generic layer names.  (see below)  Any ideas how to set that up on a layer in the new VertiGIS web?
