Geocortex Essentials Workflow

I am trying to modify an existing workflow that is supposed to select street segments by name.  However, when a street name is entered in the autocomplete box in the form, only a single segment of that street is selected.  This workflow has runtime modification queries.  I thought adding a 1=1 in the autocomplete WHERE clause would work but it doesn't.

I added this workflow in my test project and to a tool in the Toolbar.  t doesn't even bring up the form.  How can I modify my form and runtime modification queries to select multiple road segments with the same name?
