Reports are Being Deleted Unexpectedly!

I have a web app that generates a few reports. After releasing the app with the generate report workflow, the report items are deleted from ArcGIS Portal, and I am unclear about the reason. I include the item ID in the environment variables, but it doesn't make sense to me that the release would delete an item from the portal. Any ideas?

  Hi, we have seen the same problem, noted today for first time. A report has been deleted from ArcGIS Online. We are using the SAAS deployment (v5.30.1).
