This feature is planned and targeted for late 2026. You can follow the state in the changelog under the ID 310060.

I'm hoping to see the same search behavior in VertiGIS Studio Web as in Geocortex Viewer for HTML5, too.  We would like to return search results for all layers, whether or not they are enabled (turned on / visible).

We purchased VertiGIS Studio Search in the hopes that we'd restore this search functionality, but VertiGIS Studio Search v1.8.0 does not currently support this.

    This is a parity-critical feature.

This is a must…not being able to search all layers (regardless of visibility) is huge loss of functionality for end users.

We recently upgraded our users from a Geocortex HTML-5 viewer to VertiGIS Studio.  This is one of the biggest complaints and frustrations among our users.  This has to get fixed soon.  VertiGIS - - where do you stand on this issue?  This is a huge bug!

    Very frustrating. We need this.

We host 1300 WebOffice projects in which it is possible to search for content that is not activated in the TOC.

This function is also required in VertiGIS Studio web and is a critical factor in decision-making.

This function is required and absolutely essential for the migration of WebOffice customers to VertiGIS Studio. Our company operates over 100 WebOffice projects and needs a practical solution in VertiGIS Studio.

    This function is absolutly necessary!!

Yes, absolutely necessary!  There should be basic functionality parity with Geocortex.  This is critical.

We absolutely need this function. Otherwise, it would be a huge step backwards for our customers - they would not be happy!

I believe the use of Search is an alternative, contrary to this remark. Can anyone from VertiGIS confirm?

We purchased VertiGIS Studio Search in the hopes that we'd restore this search functionality, but VertiGIS Studio Search v1.8.0 does not currently support this.

The approach of being able to use content independently of TOC circuits in various VS apps or VS processes (for searching, editing, snapping, etc.) is a basic requirement of our end customers.

    We absolutely need this function!

It is not practical to search only for enabled layers! We also need the possibilty to search for non visible layers!

Please add a way to do global searching without layers needing to be turn on.
