Cannot access Studio Item Manager via AGOL sign in
I got the Studio Item Manager via ArcGIS Marketplace. I can see it in my console, but when I click View Item, I get an error "This item is not currently available. The ArcGIS Online subscription associated with this item has been disabled." Trying to sign in using my AGOL Account, I get "Request for Permission" window, I click Allow. But I also get an error "Access to the OAuth sign-in application has been blocked by your organization administrator."
Any ideas on how to fix this?

It looks like there are two separate things going on here:
- The "This item is not currently available." issue only applies to the ArcGIS Marketplace and we are working to sort this out with Esri. It shouldn't prevent you from using Item Manager though.
- The "Access to the OAuth sign-in application has been blocked by your organization administrator." issue looks like a restriction imposed by your ArcGIS organization on what apps (from other organizations) you can load. You'll need your ArcGIS Organization Administrator to ensure that Item Manager/VertiGIS Studio is a permitted app. There are some more details documented by Esri here on how this works https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/configure-security.htm#ESRI_SECTION2_E52C6323B80341BABA3426B305832ECB. The App ID you'll need for this is "pTmBlZldlUaNrhFn".

I added VertiGIS to my list of approved apps, but still having a problem with accessing the Item Manger app. When I try to sign in using my AGOL Account, I get a sign up pop up. I enter my information and click Submit. However, I keep getting the error " Something went wrong and your sign-up request could not be processed. Please contact customerservice-ca@vertigis.com for assistance."
Perhaps the problem is related to issue #1 about Item Manager availability on ArcGIS Marketplace. According to the ESRI documentation link you provided. "All Esri apps,licensed apps, and apps purchased from ArcGIS Marketplace are automatically approved for member access." But if the Item Manager is not currently available and the ArcGIS Online subscription associated with the item has been disabled in ArcGIS Marketplace, then I wouldn't be able to access it even if I added it to my approved list of apps.
I will contact customer service about the sign up error. Thanks for your help, Ryan.
