iPad Mini sign-in error

An iPad Mini user attempted to sign into a web viewer of ours, but received the error below. We have a startup workflow that runs on the app initializing - it swaps the user to a mobile layout depending on screen size and touch enabled. Has anyone had a similar error? Or knows if/where VertiGIS logs these errors?

  There is a known issue around iOS17 (if that applies here) that was doing the same. Taken a while to track it down and fix it but will be coming soon in 5.26.2
