In ArcGIS Experience Builder it is possible to work with Esri Branch Versioning via a specific widget:

Will this functionality become possible in a future release of VertiGIS Studio Web? Do you have a timing?

This is available today as part of VertiGIS Networks.
It is unclear if it will find its way down into core VertiGIS Studio functionality.

Cam Barnard, can you please confirm if the VertiGIS Networks solution is needed to work with ESRI's trace network in both VertiGIS Studio Web and VertiGIS Studio Mobile?
Also, there are 3 items (339502, 339625, 339629) that were raised with your support team about 8 weeks ago surrounding editing branch versioned feature classes in VertiGIS Studio Mobile (ESRI Core functionality since 2018). Is there any update on when these bug fixes or ‘new’ functionality will be released?
