Provide a better way to identify users who own project files in SharedStorageService s3 bucket

Currently, we store our projects in an S3 bucket to support the sharedstorageservice in VertiGIS Studio Web. If a user forgets to manually back up their projects and their project is deleted, we need to have a way to recover the project from our versioned S3 bucket. The names assigned to each project file generated by the SharedstorageService in the S3 bucket do not identify the owner of the project. In order to recover a backup of an individual project VertiGIS Studio Web needs to be able to assign the username to the project file generated in the S3 bucket. Currently we have to rely on the user telling us exactly what time and date they deleted their project or look up the ID by opening the app.config file in a text editor.
