Allow Disabling of Feature Labels in the Highlights Service

It would be nice if we could turn off labels in the Highlight service configuration.

Presently I can do this in Web (ctrl-shft-e) or Workflow (after binding to the Highlight module item in the app "highlight-settings/highlight") and setting the focusLabelTextSymbol's and/or highlightLabelTextSymbol's .font.size properties to 0, but it would be more accessible to have a toggle in the UI where I can just toggle the labels off.

  Glad you know you can work around it.

  If you want to do it in Designer the current method is to set the font color and halo color A value to 0 which makes the text fully transparent (and so it doesn't show up)

  Oh duh, I didn't think about making it transparent!  I think I described the complicated workaround to someone here a few months back... oops.
