Visibility filters for individual layer presets

I'd like to see the ability to apply visibility filters for individual layer presets, instead of the entire layer preset component. 

 

I also think it would look nicer to have the individual layer preset description below the preset title, or appear upon hovering on the preset. It would save the user a couple clicks.
