Ideas for change management module auto Apply skin for each mode that user selects.

To avoid confusion we would love if there was a way to auto apply a skin or something besides the little "Operation/Project/Base Data" drop box selection as a in what state the user currently is logged in like Green for Operations since there will not be any changes, Blue for Project and Red for Base Data , so users are aware of what mode of change management they are on.
