Object reference error installing GTX 2.4 on a Server 2008 R2 64bit machine

I'm int he process of migrating what we have in development into our production environment and am trying to install a fresh GTX installation on a newly created VM server.  Below is the error I get when I try to run the post install...  I am logged in as the domain admin.   System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

   at Geocortex.Deployment.Core.MWAProviderForIISAdmin.Geocortex.Deployment.Core.IIISAdmin.EnumWebSites()

 

   at Geocortex.Essentials.PostInstall.EssentialsPostInstall.GetDefaultWebSiteId()

 

   at Geocortex.Essentials.PostInstall.EssentialsPostInstall.StartupAsync(InitWindow window)   Please help!?

  Apparently the error was becuase of the bindings set in IIS7 to the default website.  I removed everything except the normal port 80 as shown in the screenshot and it fixed my problem.   I am so new to IIS7 and the fact that this is a VM allowed me to go back to previous states as I tried to troubleshoot this myself.
