problem with post install for 2.3.1

... getting this error message when trying to install.   System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException was unhandled

  Hi there,   The Essentials 2.3.1 Post Installer requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 - but it does not check for it.

   

  Please install the SP1 update for the .NET framework, and re-run the post installer.   We've filed this as a bug and should have it resolved for the next minor release.   Regards, -Malcolm
