Upgrade to 3.1

What are the procedures to upgrade to 3.1. In the Installation Guide, Page 21 and 22, it sounds like I don't have to do anything other than initial install, meaning I don't have to do Post Install, Is that correct? If so, why is there a Migrate capability, because so far, I have been unable to see any websites listed in this dialog for both ADF and REST?

  You will still have to go through the Post-Installer to complete the upgrade process, even if the defaults are accepted. The post-installer is responsible for adding the applications to IIS and determining the corresponding application pools to choose.  

   

  The migrate view is used to add sites from older installations, as well as, other instances of Essentials that have been installed on the same server.
