Layers that auto-refresh.  Timed. 

e.g. every 2 minutes a layer will refresh.  - good for AVL or layers that are changing regularly - we have aircraft tracking and fire mapping layers that are displayed in control rooms that need someone to regularly zoom in out... and they forget.
