Hiding Print templates from user

Howdy,

I'm in the process of building a workflow that will allow the user to print pre-defined map templates that turn on / off layers in the layerlist and choose scales etc... however I do not want these new templates (given an id in the site) shown to the user as part of the normal print map functionality. They need an id for the print url to work - so you need to add them via the rest manager, but they won't ever be used by the standard print map button.

Could a 'visible' check box be added to the print template configuration dialog please?

It's an odd one, but would be great!
