Active email link in the Silverlight viewer?

The Silverlight viewer has active http links in results windows, could the same be done for email addresses?

For example, I can configure the Feature Description field in the format of: 

<p><strong>Email:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;<a href="{CONTACT_EMAIL}">{CONTACT_EMAIL}</a></p>

and it will display the email address as a link, but the link doesn't open an email editor.
