Why aren't my results "Highlightable"??

I have a simple workflow that adds two different selected featuresets to the results panel.  The first results is highlightable if I hover my mouse over the text in the results panel.  The second results set is not highlightable.  Thoughts?  My only thought is in my workflow where I do a "RunExternalCommand" my Command is "AddMarkup".  Could this be why my results aren't highlightable and if so what is the correct Command?

  I was using a "Out Spatial Reference" in the query task before the last select features operation.  When I removed the values I had specified, all of my results were highlightable.
