Moving a feature point

I am trying to create a workflow that allows users to use the select by rectangle and then move the selected feature to a new point on the map by clicking on a new location.  I know that geocortex has these functions built in, but they are too complex for the non gis user.

  The workflow that I posted there includes a Move Feature section. You should be able to simplify for your needs
