Query Task Where Distinct

I need some help with syntax for a Where clause in a Query Task to prevent duplicate mailing labels from being generated where the owner has multiple properties in a buffer overlay.

  I wonder for the same.

  Now I have made view's in the database for this issue, but not an good solution
