Wrong Date Format

Hi, we've just noticed that the dates on the HTML5 viewer are being displayed differently - it looks like they've been reformatted to mm/dd/yy! e.g if the date on a featureclass is 05/01/97 (5th Jan) the viewer displays it as 01/05/97 (1st May).

Do you know if this is a bug or is it just a setting?

Using GE 14.1 and HTML1.2.1

  We're also having this problem, on an old versjon of the SL viewer.

   

  I just have to second Rex' question: is this a bug or a setting?
