HTML Viewer not recognizing attachments, SL does

I have a feature class with geodatabase attachments to it.  When identified, with the HTML5 1.3.1 viewer, the results panel briefly reads "Checking for attachments" then comes back with "No Attachments".  The Silverlight viewer recognizes the attachments without issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what to check?
