Object table not appearing in REST endpoint

I've just added an object table and a map layer to my map service because I want to use them both for some search tools that I'm developing in Workflow Designer.

Both are appearing at the ArcGIS REST endpoint for the map service.  At the Geocortex REST endpoint I'm seeing the new map layer but not the new object table.  Why is this?
