Displaying Field Alias in an output

I have a situation where it would be advantageous to use a field alias in a CSV output rather than the actual field name.

The help page for the Query Task Activity "Out Field" property says:  "Returned fields are also the actual field names. However, you are able to use the alias names when you display the results."

I have a workflow set up that selects the features, converts the feature set to a data table and converts the data table to a CSV.  The DataTableToCsv activity has the "Use Column Aliases" argument set to True.  The actual field names are displayed, though, rather than the aliases.

Is it possible to get the field alias to display in a CSV rather than the actual field name?

If not, is it possible to do a field name assignment on the data table somewhere else in the flowchart?  For example, something like "Select Column_Name AS [Column_Name_Alias]"?
