Stopping the active WorkFlow

Hi,

How can I stop the active Workflow when I start another one? Here's an example of my situation:

 

I have 2 workflows. The first one is a dialog box in the left panel. The second one, is only a workflow with the capture geometry function (doesn't use the left panel). If I run the second workflow (with the capture geometry) and I immediatly click to run the first Workflow (with a dialog box in the Left panel) the panel opens and works well but if I click on the map region, my second workflow continues to work and I can draw a geometry when the mouse is supposed to drag the map.
