Highlight toolbar button w/ workflow

If you add a toolbar button that starts a workflow, it would be nice if that button remained highlighted (or in a 'pressed' state), as long as the workflow is active.

This came up when I wrote a workflow that had a Capture Geometry activity, but users had no clue that the tool was still active. They then activated another tool, say, Identify, and were surprised when a click on the map caused the workflow to resume. I worked around this by using the Configure Workflow Container to show a message, but that is, well, just a workaround.
