Featured Description hyperlinks in 4.0 not working

Is anyone else having trouble getting hyperlinks to work in the feature descriptions?

Or, should this just work as I think iit should?

<a href="file:///f:/_LandDivision/_Reports/{FileNo}/{FileNo}_aerial_sketch.pdf">Aerial and Sketch</a>

If I take the text directly into the web browser, it works no problem.

Please help.

  I remember posting on this in an earlier version... Not sure if this is fixed at 4.0.+

  Yes - it appears it is a Silverlight issue.  I have now moved all my files to a virtual folder set up through IIS.
