In 4.0: Editing the “unique identifier” of the “identity server”,

In 4.0: Editing the “unique identifier” of the “identity server”,

I couldn’t figure out how to edit the url of the “unique identifier”. For example, I fail to replace the machine name with IP address.

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000elzUREAY

What might be the issue here?
