I applied the workflow (that can be downloaded from the link below) but I got the message “object reference not set to an instance of an object”

The inputs of the workflow are:

Map service layer

Table service

http://localhost:6080/arcgis/rest/services/Q/MapServer/5

What might be the issue here?
