The Gecortex application doesn’t show imagery at scale 1:500,

Despite the fact that the imagery is cached at the scale of 1:500, the Geocortex application fails to show the imagery at this scale.

By the way, the Geocortex can show the imagery at the scale of 1:501.

Of course, this imegry is shown at this scale at the level of ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server.

What might be the issue here?
