Edit Feature option in map tip

In the HTML5 Viewer version 2.2, if you identify a feature from a feature layer the map tip has an option to 'Edit Feature'.

Does this link in the map tip call a command?

Can the command be called from a 'RunExternalCommand' workflow activity?

What is the command name and what parameters need to be passed with it?
