HTML5 Layer List and Geolocation Missing

Hello,

I just upgraded my HTML5 Viewer to 2.3 and I am missing the "Layer List" and "Geolocation" configuration options in Manager. Any ideas?

  I just went to the "Service Connections" tab in Manager, and then back to my "Site: <siteName>" tab, and the configuration settings then appeared.
