Refreshing changes to the viewer

I've had to make a few changes to our HTML5 viewer and I unchecked the box to display the 'I Want To..' dropdown. (For iOS8 issues). Some of my iPad devices reflect the change immediately while most of them still show the I Want To dropdown. I've removed the map and re-added. Even rebooted the server and the menu is still visible. I've rebuilt the offline bundle to regenerate any cache files on the server and same result. Next is to remove the app entirely from the device and re-install. Definitely not preferred but last resort.

Am I missing something on the iPads to reflect the newest changes to the HTML5 viewer configuration? Please advise. Thanks
