GVH for tablet (window OS): sliding fingers apart\together to zoom out\in fails,

We couldn’t figure out why the GVH for tablet (window OS): sliding fingers apart\together to zoom out\in fails. Instead of zooming in\out when sliding fingers apart\together, the interface of the GVH gets bigger and smaller.

What might be the issue here?
