HTML5 Viewer: I want to items don't function on tablet

Somehow none of the items under the "I want to"  menu seems to function on tablet for an app built around HTML5 viewer.  They seem fine when viewed on desktop or handheld.  Has anyone had a similar issue?

  Did you ever find a solution to this. I have same problem using GeoCortex v4.0.1 and HTML5 Viewer v2.0
