Change home panel text based on layer theme selection

I would like to have the home panel text change when the layer theme changes. Possible? I'm using GE 4.1.2 and GVH 2.3.

  We are currently setting up anchor points within the home panel so the user can click a link at the top of the screen and have the relevant info display, but being able to switch the home panel text would be ideal
