Upgrading to GE4.3 with GVS2.4 and GVH2.4 results in an “initialization error” and performance issue,

Despite the fact that the upgrade to GE4.3 with GVS2.4 and GVH2.4 is successfully implemented, we are getting two problem:

-Initialization error

What might be the issue here?

Have anyone experienced this problem after the upgrade?
