With the last version of HTML5, is it possible to create a tool button that activate a basemap?

  I have used this in workflow

  Command: SelectBaseMap

  Parameter: your basemap name

  If I have just 1 basemap that I want to change the transparency, is it the good command?

  selectbasemap will NOT change the transparency.
