Add ArcGIS Server Connection to Geocortex application

So I  add a connection to the ArcGIS Server services in  Geocortex Essentials Manager, but I am getting a "Connection failed" error.  The connection works when I use the web browser.  

My environment is:   Essentials 4.3 and 10.3 Portal.

Any help would be appreciated.
