Bug - layers not rendering properly for the first time

Hello,

We are using the latest GVH 2.4.1 & Geocortex Essentials 4.3.1.

One thing we noticed here is when the GVH web application is opened, and for the first time when we tried to "zoom in", "zoom out", "pan right" or "pan left" the Map interface part - the layers are not overlaying properly on the basemap and rendering - the layers are getting side tracked from the base map, but after the first time - whenever we do the zoom in, zoom out, pan right or pan left opertaions - then the layers render prefectly with the base map.

It's only for the first time we are facing this issue.

I order to circumvent this issue, we created a workflow using the "step zoom in " and "step zoom out" external commands and made it to run as the "start up workflow" for all the GVH applications.

Please let me know is there any alternative fix for it.
