Is it possible to pass a parameter from a subreport to a nested subreport?

Hi.  I'm trying to set up a report that has 2 levels of subreports.  Here's the logic:

- a user clicks on a street

- a report is generated that contains info on the street.  The street may have 1 or more inspections.

The inspections are shown in a subreport.  Each inspection has some info (date, who did it etc)

Within each inspection there is a nested subreport that lists the individual measurement records for a given inspection.  There may be several.

I've set up both Inspections and Measurements as data links, each having the Street ID as the parameter.

I've got the report to generate, but the problem is that in each instance of the nested subreport, it lists ALL the measurement records for the street (from all inspections, not just for the individual inspection). 

Is there a way of capturing the inspection date in the first subreport and sending it to the nested subreport, so I could use it to filter the measurement records for just that date?
