Progress indicator just keeps going and going....

I just upgraded to GE4.4 and GVH 2.5. Instant search is enabled on one layer (parcels). When I enter a search term and get the list of options, I select an address from the list. So far so good.  But in the search results panel, the progress indicator doesn't stop doing it's thing! Is there a way to make it stop so users aren't waiting for more results to show up? - cause there are no more results to show, just the one address.
