Basic Workflow for updating attributes of existing features in HTML5 viewer?

I'm new to workflows. I've searched the community posts for examples of workflows that simply ask the user to select a feature and then presents the attributes for the user to update and submit.

 

A number of posted examples will not load after copy/pasting them into notepad and changing the extension to .xaml. Due to their age I am also thinking that they may be geared for the SL viewer rather than the HTML5 viewer. The code gallery sample, in particular, was developed for th SL viewer according to the readme file.

 

Does anyone have a basic workflow they would be willing to share for how to accomplish this?
