Link PDFs in Feature Description

I have a feature service that has an attribute containing the name of the PDF I would like to be available to open within the Map Tip Feature Description. How do I go about setting this up?

  Assuming you can access the PDFs via URL, you can put a hyperlink in the feature description to the path of the PDF and use a field token to get the the PDF name.

   

  Something like <a href="<URL to your PDF files>/{PDF name field}">Open PDF</a>
